Pre-College Fee Based Programs

The University of New Haven’s Annual Security and the Annual Fire Safety Report is available for public review and inspection. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law that requires all colleges and universities to annually disclose information about crime on and around their campuses.

• The information supplied on this application is complete and true to the best of my knowledge. All materials and supporting records submitted by me or on my behalf in connection with this application or my attendance will not be released to anyone other than authorized university personnel without my consent. It is understood that incorrect or falsified information will be grounds for withdrawal of this application or dismissal from the university.
• The undersigned agrees to pay all financial obligations if admitted to and attending the university, including assessed collection costs and any obligations incurred if financial aid is terminated, reduced, or postponed for any reason.
• I agree to be governed by the academic standards, policies, rules and regulations of the University of New Haven.
• The undersigned applicant authorize(s) the University to publish or have published on its behalf for public relations purposes: photos, videos, and other likenesses of the applicant, the applicant’s voice, and/or the applicant’s name, hometown, major, honors, and other activities (whether in print or electronically, including but not limited to use in social media, on websites, and by any other means now known or hereafter developed), at any time after the University issues an offer of admission to the applicant.
• The applicant may rescind this publicity authorization (or any part of it) bynotifying the Office of Marketing Communications in writing at any time. Upon receipt of such notice, the University will promptly cease all future publicity uses of the rescinded subject matter, but shall not be required to remove any such subject matter from any previously published materials.
